85% Castelão and 15% Touriga Nacional aged between 15 and 40 years old.

Intense garnet colour wine, with the aromas and taste of toasted spices, very complex flavours. Bulky soft mouth with round tannins and great persistence. It must be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC, with red meats or game.

Moscatel-Galego-Roxo and Moscatel-Galego-Branco

A citrus yellow coloured wine, with intense aromas of flowers such as roses and orange tree, some tropical fruits like mango, pineapple and lychees, smooth to the palate and extremely refreshing. Should be served chilled at around 8-10ºC.
